Where is the padlock icon on this website?
You may of heard of the padlock icon that appears on some websites to reassure the internet buyer of online security in place - well once you have checked out from our site you will enter the Paypal system which is quite separate from our own servers and displays the padlock icon. You will not be asked for your credit card details whilst browsing this website and will only enter your details when entering the Paypal secure payment system. This means Jewellery4u2Watch will never see your credit card details as these are dealt with via the Paypal website and not through our servers. We do not hold your credit card details after a purchase. Please visit Paypal for further information.
Terms & Returns Policy
Items will be posted to you as soon as your Payment has cleared, the price of Postage includes, the Price of Postage, and also the cost of the Packaging, and time.
If you wish to return an item, you will have to contact us by email within 48 hours of you recieving your item. Our email address is:
We will only accept item returns that have manufacturing defects. We will not accept items that are faulty due deterioration resulting from accidents or negligence. For Health & Saftey, specifically Hygiene reasons, we WILL NOT accept, under any circumstances, the return of Pierced Earrings.
If your item is viable for a return, we will email you with the returns address and you will have 7 days to return the item.
We will refund the price paid for the item, minus the P & P.
No P & P costs will be reimburst.
